The use of BETTER

are these correct

1 Which of your eyes has better vision?

2 Which sport do you play better/which sport are you better at?

and one more thing, is the following sentence alright?

1 When he makes pasta, it means he's got nothing else to eat and that he hasn't eaten in a while, as for him pasta is a last resort.

For many sports, you don't say 'play'. eg running.

and one more thing, is the following sentence alright?

Your examples with which are fine.

Your last sentence is a not perfect. I would replace 'as for' with 'because. I think it makes it more clear how you are going to finish the sentence.
