The usage of the word since.
"I have been programming since my 6th grade." Is there anything grammatically wrong with this ?

"Since" is right, but "my" is odd:
"I have been programming since sixth grade."
"I have been programming since I was in sixth grade."
"I have been programming since sixth grade."
"I have been programming since I was in sixth grade."
