The usage of "who" and "Which"

Hello, I have a question about the usage of "who" and "Which", please take a look at the following sentences:

A: I want to see your sister.
B: I have seven sisters. Which / Who do you want to see? (Which question word is the most commonly used? Or are they both OK?)

Who won, John or Bob?
Which won, John or Bob? (As for those two sentences, which question word is the most commonly used? Or are they both OK?)

Thank you very much for your help!Emotion: big smile

Which did you want to see? is probably okay, but I prefer "which one" not just "which." Who is completely fine too.

For the second one, only Who won is okay.
