What does it mean in the following context?
"For the avoidance of doubt, all fees received from X studio relating to the broadcast of the 3D Project or the 4D Project (otherwise) will not be commissionable.:

What does the "otherwise" here indicate?? That any show from X studio will not be commissionable? Then why listed the two mentioned in the context?
