The usage of have

I saw an episode of a soap opera as below. Sincerely need someone's help in answering if the woman was caused or asked to take off her clothes. Does ''we've had a woman take her clothes off" have other meaning? What is it? What will be the meaning if it is written as "we've had a woman taking/taken off her clothes". Thanks in advance.

A: It has been some time since we’ve had a woman take her clothes off in our apartment
B: That’s not true. Remember at thanksgiving . My grandmather with alzheimer’s had that episode?
A: Points taken. It has been some time since we’ve had a woman take her clothes off. After which we didn’t want to rip our eyes out
