The usage of 'had better'

Hi, nice to meet you.

I've been helped from some comments about grammar and sentence stucture on the website.

And, now I have a question Emotion: smile

I want to make sure if 'had better' can be used in command sentence.

Of course, I know that the subject 'you' can be omitted in making command sentence. But, I've not seen any command sentence with 'had better'.

For example, (You) Had better go see a doctor.

Please tell me if you (Native speakers) think that is correct or not.

Thank you!
