The usage of "all right"

(A) It's so hot in here. Will you open the window? -- All right.

(B) It's so hot in here. Can I open the window? -- All right.

I'm pretty sure that there's no problem with (A), but not certain about (B). How does this dialogue sound to you? Is it fine as it is?
