Could anyone rephrase the words in blue? I recognise every word, and the grammar seems easy but I don't understand what on earth the sentence means.

I understand kinesthetic refers to touching, feeling, moving etc, and there are two hemispheres in the brain.

Does the sentence mean:

If the kinesthetic systems appears in both hemispheres, meanwhile the two hemispheres would have auditory and visual systems. --- I don't even know what I am talking about when I try to interpret the sentence.

Could anyone help me out?
