The Tom's N, the Korea's N

Is this phrase, the Tom's N, the Korea's N possible to use?

For example,

The Tom's house and The Korea's Fish Import Market

And then the 'the' modifies Tom and Korea or house or Fish Import Market or either one, depending on context?

I have never heard of the his house and the its market, etc and I think that 'the' cannot be used with possessive forms like that, but my father's picture ( it can have three possible meanings, right?) and the south's opinion (the south is one noun phrase, right?), etc are possible to use.

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much in advance.

Come to think of it, if there are a few people named Tom , we can say," the Tom 's house' and the modifies Tom here and 'the' also can modify Tom's house, in some context , right? ), right? However, we cannot say the Japan 's opinion because the Japan is not possible, referring to the current country or here the modifies Japan's opinion and we can say that phrase?

And there are also two Koreas, so we can say the Korea's opinion, meaning the south's opinion or the south Korea's opinion ( Is this natural?),

"The" is rarely used with proper nouns. In the case of Korea, Japan, Tom, etc. don't use "the".

"The south" would be appropriate (if the geographical area is understood by the listener) because south isn't a proper noun.

No, not natural. The idea is that there is no mistaking a name like South Korea, so the definite article is redundant.
