The time or time?

Hi,
I remember people usually say," it it time to do something, like it is time to study." Is it okay to say it is "the" time to do something?

Also, I have wonder if they are both correctly sound.
"You didn't go (out) having dinner with them?"
and "You didn't go out with others for dinner?"

Next, do we say"did you go see any movies recently?" or "did you go seeing any movies recently?"

Finally, do we say," don't worry, everything is as planned." Or, "don't worry. everything is on the plan." doesn't sound good but i am not sure. If someone could give me examples on how to use "plan" as a verb and a noun, that would be wonderful.

It is time to study. It is time to eat. It is time to go to bed. (No the.) These are basically scheduled times.

This is not the time to complain about class attendance.

No. Use these instead:

Did you go out and have dinner with them?
Didn't you go out and have dinner with them?
