The things he gets away with!

Hallo,

Is it possible to use the sentence 'the things he gets away with!' to describe the feeling that you're surprised, because a person you know has a lot of things and you wonder how he can afford these things? I'm not sure about the meaning. Are there any alternatives?

Thanx in advance!
