The thing we always do is make/making everything (to) perfect

I want to create a slogan to express a company's attitude of chasing perfection.


Which one is correct:

[1] The thing we always do is make everything perfect.
[2] The thing we always do is making everything perfect.


I think the second is correct, is it?


Is it incorrect if I use "to" after "is":

The thing we always do is to make everything perfect.
