The thing she has lend/given/sent (to) him

Hi. I think some verbs take both a direct and an indirect verb, like the examples below.

1. She has lend him the watch.
2. She has given him a gift,.
3. She has sent him a gift.

Could we write the following for the sentences above, with the prepositions in parentheses being optional? Thank you for your help in advance.

1. The watch she has lend (to) him was returned on time.
2. The gift she has given (to) him was fantastic.
3. The gift she has sent (to) him didn't arrive on time.

To is optional. However, there are other imperfections. Has lend is incorrect. Has lent is right. You haven't chosen the best tenses, though.
