In the sentence, will the test period last until the end of January 10, 2008, or to the end of January 9, 2008?

Thanks in advance.

Logically, it should mean, "until the end of business hours on January 10, 2008."

They should have included the time for the deadline to be more obvious and psecific.

For example, I would have said:
The test period will end at exactly 14:30 hours on January 10, 2008.
("14:30 hours" means 2:30PM)
