The tense

Could you tell me which one is wrong among following sentences?

Thank you.

1. Unless applicants have completed a college preparatory program, there would be no chance that they can be admitted to the university even if they had met all the other requirements.

2. Unless applicants have completed a college preparatory program, there are no chance that they can be admitted to the university even if they had met all the other requirements.



3. Unless applicants have completed a college preparatory program, there will be no chance that they can be admitted to the university even if they had met all the other requirements.

All 3 seem wrong to me. #1 & #3 should read 'even if they have met' #2 should read 'there is no chance' and 'even if they have met'

All 3 seem wrong to me.

#1 & #3 should read 'even if they have met'
#2 should read 'there is no chance' and 'even if they have met'
