Essay & Composition Writing

The table below shows the number of cars made in three countries in 2003, 2006 and 2009.

The table details the number of cars manufactured in three nations, namely Argentina, Australia, and Thailand in 2003, 2006 and 2009. Overall, Thailand was still dominant as the largest automobile production from 2003 to 2006. It is also noticeable that car production in Australia experienced a moderate decline, compared to a considerable climb in car output in Argentina over the period shown.

To be more specific, in 2003, Thailand manufactured 735,852 cars, followed by Australia and Argentina, at 452,163 and 235,088 respectively. This figure for cars made in Thailand rose significantly before hitting a peak of 1,162,356 over the following 3 years, whereas that of Argentina surpassed Australia to rank second for the number of cars produced.

In the year 2009, cars output in Argentina was double the figure for Australia.

However, the number of automobiles manufactured in Thailand witnessed a slight fall in the last 3 years, at just 999,963 units. By contrast, there was an upward trend in the number of cars made in Argentina and Thailand.
