you shouldn't use "Among" between those two sentences.

in fact, the more formal sentence is "This cookie is the sweetest (one) that/which I've ever eaten", but in less informal speaking, you can omit that/which (relative clauses), because the subjects of the sentences are different ("This Cookie" and "I" are the subjects)

more examples to make it clear:

1- this city is the most peaceful place where I've ever been to. >>> This city is the most peaceful place I've ever been to.(the subjects are different, "this city" and "I)

2- That actor is the most experienced one that/whom/who she's ever worked with. >>> That actor is the most experienced one she's ever worked with. (the subjects are different, "that actor" and "she")

3- This child is the most beautiful one who has ever come here (you can NOT omit "who" in this sentence, because the subject of both sentences is the same,"child")
