The Superlative

Hi,
Can we say "the minutest details" if we intend to mention about the details in different objects?
I mean when we use the superlative form, there must to be a single thing that is being talked about, otherwise that would not be a superlative, but if we mean "the minutest detail" in more than one object, is it correct to use the description in a plural form?
