The superlative

1. Could you tell me whether both of (1) and (2) are right in the following sentence? Or, please tell me which one is wrong.

She is [(1) most / (2) the most ] beautiful.

2. Is this sentence, "This work is most important that I have to finish by this Friday", right? Or, should it be "This work is the most important of all that I have to finish by this Friday?"
