Hello,

Is this correct?

The sum of the total score for each student.

Is there a better way to say this?

Thanks.

Hi, What I mean is

1) I have a total score for each of 10 students.
2) I then want to have a TOTAL OF all these 10 total scores

So I wan to say something like

The final total score is the sum of the total score of each student.

I think this is wrong, so I am looking for a better option.
Thanks.

Small note: The total of totals is often called a "grand total".

The grand total (score) is the sum of the students' individual total scores.

(Introducing "each" complicates the matter unnecessarily in my opinion.)
