The subjunctive mood? and where is the relative pronoun?

Hi,

Someone is talking about a school which is a little hard to get in.

She says, "You can't, that if you had a face don't fit, then you're not getting in, basically."

In her saying, is she using the subjunctive mood? and where is the relative pronoun between 'face' and 'don't'?

I've heard that you can leave out the relative pronoun in case that it is used as an object of the following adjective clause.

Thanks in advance.
