The subject of this participle

Hello,

"The significance of this study is to overcome the limitation of the existing researches, stressing the present conditions and motives of the M&A of Chinese companies, and analyze what strategy the M&A of Chinese companies, aiming at foreign companies, is specifically accomplished with."

This sentence can be divided into two.

#1 "The significance of this study is to overcome the limitation of the existing researches, while the study is stressing the present conditions and motives of the M&A of Chinese companies.

#2 And the significance of this study is to analyze what strategy the M&A of Chinese companies, while the study is aiming at foreign companies, is specifically accomplished with.

divided into two.

#1. The subject of stressing is the study.

Then, shouldn't it be corrected as follows?

"The significance of this study is to overcome the limitation of the existing researches, the study stressing the present conditions and motives of the M&A of Chinese companies"

Otherwise, the subject will be significance of this study, right?

I want to know the subject or possible subjects of #2. the study or strategy or both?

As they stand, both #1 and #2 have other problems, but 'the study' is obviously the subject of both 'is stressing' and 'is aiming'. I don't understand your confusion.

sorry, I made it confusing.

My question was that what is the subject of the second participle, "aiming" in the following.

Which of "significance of this study" or "strategy" is the subject? Either is possible-- The subject of 'aiming' is 'Chinese companies', as far as I'm concerned, though it could well be 'strategies'. Certainly not 'significance', which makes no sense.

The significance of this study is to overcome the limitation, this study stressing the conditions. If I mean the subject of
