The structure of the sentences+Could or would

Hello,

I need advice. If the structure of the sentences below correct or there is something that's required to be improved to sound right in English?
Also, is it better to use could or would in the first sentence?

Thank you in advance.

The sentences:

Could you please specify what your intentions and expectations are regarding SEO promotion? I would appreciate if you name the URL of your website, your targeted keywords, and the monthly budget.

beauty moon 789 Could you please specify This is fine. There is no need to change it to 'would'. That change makes your sentence sound more demanding, and you don't want that.

  • Very frequently in English we use "can" and "could" instead of "will" and "would".
  • The idea is that if you ask someone if they have the ability to do something for you ( can, could ), you can assume that if they have the ability, they will use that ability to do for you what you want.
