Judging from the remainder seeming to be correct, Did the writer omit "being" (from) after the two underlined "to" intentionally? ("to being so pissed" and "to being so thankful")

I can interpret all the sentences. There are only two sentences. The second one is almost the whole text. 'being' would be better, but when people write in this breathless manner, they usually don't care about grammar or even think about grammar.
