The Structure of a Phrase

Hello. Could you please help me with rewriting the phrase in bold? Thank you.

"...examined the relationship between the level this organization has reached as a learning organization and the work quality..."

I don't know if this sentence is clear enough. I want to say, in a formal way, how much this organization has been successful in being a learning organization and having the features of a learning organization.

That's a term used in management studies. A 'learning organization' learns from its experience over time and improves itself.

If "learning organization" is definitely the correct term, and will be understood by the intended audience, then I think what you have is OK.
