The story was happened...
Hi,
Today, I took a look at some of the English reading reports at the practicuum school I am going to.
One sentence originally reads:
The story happened ...
I found that a word in red was signed to be inserted and it now reads
The story happened ...

was
Later, I found another sentence which originally reads
The story was talking about a mother steal a purse ...
The corrected sentence now reads
The story was talking about a mother stole ...
The above two corrected sentences were supposedly amended by their English language teacher. I was totally shocked to find these seriously wrongly corrected sentences!
