The status of the order settlement

Hello everyone!

Is it possible to talk of a "status of order settlement"?

E.g. the following:

"The status of the order settlement (planned or confirmed delivery date, existence of a receipt card, creation of the corresponding invoice received, invoice approval etc.) is symbolised in the system item-by-item."

Many thanks,

P.

Many thanks, Clive. Unfortunatelly, I'm no expert in accounting, nor do I know much about SAP. I've looked at the links, but I'm not sure I understand. I think, however, fullfilment may be the right word after all, thus status of order fulfilment . What do you think? Does it make sense? P.

The use of 'fulfillment' is correct English. That's as far as I will comment.
