Use the singular.

A native speaker would not refer to the head as a spot. Perhaps an area.

It would be more natural to repeat "my" in "my head."

The area my hat has most contact with is my head.

I presume some prior context makes this observation meaningful.

This absolutely makes zero sense.

Contact- in a physical sense is a point where 2 points / entities come together. i.e. an electrical contact of a relay that energizes an airconditioner.
