"the spirit of collectiveness "

Can one say: "the spirit of collectiveness", like in an ideology, ex.: in Fascism?

Thank you!

To me, "spirit of collectiveness" has positive connotations of everyone working together for mutual benefit. I find it a bit odd to apply it to an ideology with strongly negative connotations (for most people).

Hmm. Are you sure you don't mean "mob rule"? Or perhaps, less forcefully, something like "runaway populism"? (The first exists as an expression; I made up the second one.)
