My problem is that the article "THE" slows me down when I 'm speaking. It really affects my fluency.
There's no "TH" in my first language (Russian). I've have watched many accent reduction videos including "The K-method" by Andy Krieger. I know where the tongue should be and other important things about making this sound. Like I said, I have difficulties pronouncing it in a fluent way.
I'm conscious that this is a very specific question; however, thanks in advance to those may try to give me some pointers.
