The sky is covered in stars.

Hi

Is this dialogue natural?

A- Is it cloudy outside?

B - Cloudy? The sky is literally covered in stars.

Thanks,

Tom

Yes (even faintly poetic). "literally" seems misused, but that is extremely common among native speakers.
