the sites has been deleted

I know one site which has been removed from internet. I mean the sites has been deleted for some reason.

Now I want to convey the same thing to my friend, how to say that? I can think of the following :

(1) The sites has been deleted.

(2) The sites has been removed from internet.

(3) They have cancelled their sites.
