Wind can't really billow. I suppose it could be hypallage, with the wind doing what the sails should, but that's sailing very close to the wind. Did you mean it that way?

Wind can't really billow. I suppose it could be hypallage, with the wind doing what the sails should, but that's sailing very close to the wind. Did you mean it that way?
