Vocabulary

The sentence

Hello,

Could you tell me please if this sentence is correct?

He would come here every evening and sit at one of these tables spending Emotion: time all evenings (long) this way.

I also have a few questions.

Should I use the second 'would' before 'sit'?

And should 'time' and 'long' be removed?

If I remove 'time' and leave; 'He would come here every evening and sit at one of these tables spending all evenings long this way' would it be correct? Or if I leave 'time' and remove 'long' would it be also acceptable?

Thanks
