the same type of room

I work as a hotel reservation representative.Guests often reserve different types of rooms online when the same type of room is not available for consecutive nights due to a busy season.
For example, Deluxe Room for May 1, Superior Room for May 2 and 3.
And they often ask me via email to make arrangements so they can stay at the same room for the three nights.
For a reply to their request, could you please check if the following sounds natural? I wish to include, elements of "if available on arrival"and "make an effort."

We will make an effort to provide you with the same type of room if available at time of check-in. However, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored.

Thank you very much.
To enrich my vocabulary, may I ask you something?
In that context, can the word "accommodation" be interchanged with "request"?
"but cannot guarantee such request." is possible?

Using 'request' is more confrontational, since it means directly 'what the guest asks for'. It is more diplomatic to use 'accommodation'.

I see. So there will be a difference in nuance?

Yes, a serious one for the hospitality industry, in my estimation.
