The same & Is there any + Verb

Hi Everyone,

I have got a question about how to use "same" in sentences correctly and what is the correct verb after is there?

1. "Same". Is it correct if I say...

- We should buy a T-shirt at the same place of last time.

- We will go to the company with the same route as last time.

- I am so tired, same as other students in this class.

2. "Is there any +...V? Which is correct?

- Is there any problem need to be solved? or Is there any problem needed to be solved?

- Is there anyone want to go to the sea? or Is there anyone wanted to go to the sea?

Thank you very much in advance.
