the same as ...v.s ...as same as

can I say the usage of the both "the same as " and "as same as " are different......???

"the same as" is like to express something are the same...such as...
I have a t-shirt is the same as yours.

but to use "as same as " is like to express something is abstract ..such as ...

Your temper as same as the moon is shifting all the time....

"The same as" is correct. "I have a T-shirt that is the same as yours."
"as same as" is not correct English.
