Thank you for your quick reply.
And I really appreciate you always answering my questions.

How about this one ?

I want the same car as you.
I want the same car as yours.

Which is correct ? Or both are correct, but have different meanings ?

I can easily imagine a native speaker saying either one, but much more natural and certainly correct is I want the same [kind of] car that you have.

Thank you so much !

Let me ask just one more question please.

Why is "I want the same car as yours" is OK, but "I go to the same school as Mike's" isn't ?

Or "I go to the same school as Mike's" is grammatically correct, but doesn't have the same as "Mike and I go to the same school" ?

I didn’t mean to imply that it was OK by me. I might have been inconsistent and vague in my answers. I’ll try to clear this mess up.

I go to the same school as Mike.
I go to the same school as Mike's.
I want the same car as you.
