The 's in names of stores as TONY's

I want to know what the " 's " means in some shop names as DOMINO's or TONY's

I am not a native speaker but I assume that if I see a deli shop called TONY's it could mean

TONY's = TONY Shop
or
TONY's = it belongs to TONY as TONY's Shop

Am I right? or it means anything else? is it just a fanzy way of name any store?
