Is the following sentence correct?
The requirement is only five passed subjects, therefore, I believe, there is no need to attach certificate no.001. The rest is up you.

The requirement (for ***) is to pass at least five subjects. Therefore, there is no need to attach ''certificate no.001.'' But that is optional.

you must pass

Also: Since only five subjects must be passed, I believe there is no need to attach "certificate no. 001." The rest is up to you.
