The Relay Baton round the Ring B

"The Relay Baton round the Ring B" is the title of a painting by Alexander Deineka that could be viewed . I can not understand what "round the Ring B" mean in this title. Does anybody know? Does it mean that the runners run several rounds and it is the round B (the second round)?
