Essay & Composition Writing

The recruit's vexation

Hi everybody,
Really very ashamed, I have already studied english of almost 10 years since got the first english textbook from hands of teachers, but still gainless. In junior middle school, the grade is all right. Till when graduated from university since entering the high school, English study becomes very uninteresting. Perhaps I have no talent of languages. Recently work let me feel english is too important, and I think i should study english hard too. The following is some problems in my learning process.
I realize at first I should remember words, recite sentences, listen to radio and read the articles.one year passed, Now I can read some documents on the newspapers and catch some simple sentences in the radio. although there are man strange words meeted during my reading, but that do not influence my understandling of the article. I know I need remember words continuely, I will insist on doing, But I find the effects is not very ideal. I think I have got to the Bottleneck point, I need to break through it.
tonight , I think it's time for me to write something in english. before, I have never writed one composition longer than this one. When the teacher asked me do that, I will copy one paper from other place and hand in it the next day.
I know there are many mistake of the grammar, but I hope you can understand my theme that I need your help, your help of picking out it. and give me some suggestions. let me share with your english studing experience.
now, I almost spend half of my time in english study. I have quited my job to learn english. Every night wear the earphone and fall asleep.
In addition I'm chinese.
Thanks very much all of you.

Best regards!
