Everybody laughs. Zinkoff laughs. Even the recess-duty teacher laughs.

What is a recess-duty teacher? I don't think we have this kind of teacher here. So what is their duty? Thanks.

We don't have them here either. When it's recess, the teachers of all the students who are out at recess are the recess-duty teachers. I guess in this school, other teachers are assigned that duty.
