The question about could

Using computer for long hours could possibly lead to eye disease.

In this sentence, I think it is grammatically correct. But is it weird in terms of meaning ?
I mean, "could" is already exist the meaning of possible, so "possibly"
is useless in this sentence right ?
If yes, and I want to insist using possibly, can I use the way like this:

Using computer for long hours can possibly lead to eye disease.

Does it sound better? "Can" tells a certain thing so in this sentence, is it correct?

I know I do not express my question well but hope you guys can help me , thanks.

but I have one more question

You must use either 'computers' or 'a computer'.
