The question

What is the motive of Iqbal's youth?

Is the question correctly constructed, please? I feel there should be something after 'youth'.

Thanks.

No, it isn't right. "youth" (the state or condition) does not have a "motive". I'm not exactly sure what is meant by this question.

Assuming Iqbal is a place name, it seems it's

What is the motive of the young people (who live) in Iqbal?

But 'motive' is the wrong word here. I'm not sure what you mean.
