The Pronoun "That"

Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions.

Regarding the following two sentences:

(A) In general, the change of landscape in Scotland is slower than that in England.
(B) In general, the change of landscape in Scotland is slower than in England.

Q1 Could you evaluate each of them? Are they correct? Do they sound natural?
Q2 Which do you think is better, (A) or (B)?
Q3 Is there any better way to express this idea?
