The problem about "have got"

Examples:

I just have got a fish.

I just haven't got a fish

Have i just got a fish ?

They all sound a bit odd or unusual. The first one seems the least natural.

By "got a fish" do you mean "caught a fish"? If, so, "Have I just got a fish?" could be said by an angler if he wasn't sure what was on the end of his line.

Note also that the word "I" is always capitalised. There is no word "i" in English. There should be no space before a question mark.
