Which sounds the most natural of the four sentences below? Besides, are there any sentences which sound unnatural to native speakers?

(A) When you reach my age, you will understand what I have said.

(B) When you reach my age, you will understand what I have just said.

(C) When you reach my age, you will understand what I just said.

(D) When you reach my age, you will understand what I said just now.

They all seem natural enough to me. The addition of "just" or "just now" changes the meaning a bit, emphasising that the statement was made very recently.
