The present perfect simple or the present perfect continuous

I cant finish one test that is a very important for me. I`d tried different versions but cant compile it properly. I`ll be very thankful to you! Please help me to compile this sentences into:
1. the present perfect continuous: What has she been doing? typing essay
2. the present perfect simple: What has he been doing? roast a delicious chicken

She has been typing an essay for (one hour now.) mention the duration.
Anonymous2. the present perfect simple: What has he been doing? roast a delicious chicken
It is not clear whether you need simple present, present perfect or present perfect
