The Presence or Absence of the Word "That"

Hi, I had a quick grammar question.

In this situation: "… but I do very emphatically believe there is some truth to the myth."

Or another version: "… but I do very readily admit there is some truth to the myth."

My question is whether or not the word "that" should be inserted before the word "there" in either of the 2 options. I.e.: "… admit [believe] that there is …" Either way, could I get an explanation as to why? Thank you. And if "that" isn't actually required—which I'm guessing it's not?—is it somehow better to have "that" in there?

I haven't decided between "emphatically believe" or "freely admit," but that's neither here nor there. I just don't know if it makes a difference or not in my question/your answer … hence the reason for including them both. Anyway, thanks again! And sorry for the long-winded 1st post.

Thanks, Mister Micawber. I knew I was just over-thinking it.
